Pretty good film. After a half an hour I started to wonder how they were going to drag out the joke for another hour, but they did it. (The mime was my favorite.)
A couple of other recommendations besides This Divided State are What the (Bleep) Do We Know?, Bill Maher's Victory Begins at Home, The Fog of War (but I'll be surprised if you haven't see it already), and The Last Supper (the ending makes it worth it).
YAY Robert...you win the cupey doll. I will put the Divided State on my To See list. I saw What the Bleep.... and I have seen Bill Maher in person (comedy concert), so I have a feeling I've heard much of what is in the movie. I purchased The Fog of War (but have not as yet viewed it.) As for The Last Supper...don't I already know what happens at the end??

The Last Supper isn't what is sounds like it would be. It's about a group of college liberals who invite people (with opposing views) over for dinner each Sunday night. It's a bit over the top, but I think it's worth seeing.
I've been wanting to see that movie for a long time, but I haven't had the chance- so darn busy- but it sounds great.

To tell you the truth, you won't be missing a whole hell-of-a-lot if you don't see it. I had heard about it and having all these selections via the Blockbuster Online club, I ordered it. It is funny at times, but the scatalogical stuff does tend to get Disgusting (and I mean DISGUSTING) and a bit dreary at times, and there's a lot of it, I mean a real lot! It is an anything goes joke and NOTHING is taboo....but it gets it's point across and I did laugh several times.
